Miasto, kt\u00f3re niegdy\u015b wykazywa\u0142o cechy \u017cywego organizmu (np. poprzez wyra\u017ane i sp\u00f3jne oddzielenie od otoczenia lub jako zdecydowanie dominuj\u0105cy o\u015brodek kontrolny), obecnie utraci\u0142o te w\u0142a\u015bciwo\u015bci na rzecz licznych, daleko id\u0105cych i zmiennych uzale\u017cnie\u0144, przyjmuj\u0105c dzi\u015b raczej charakter organu globalnego organizmu zunifikowanej cywilizacji. Ta transformacja i akceptacja wycofania si\u0119 z pozycji samodzielnej jednostki wystawia miasto jeszcze bardziej na wiele zagro\u017ce\u0144 wewn\u0119trznych i zewn\u0119trznych, takich jak m.in. zmiany klimatyczne, terroryzm czy \u2013 co ostatnio jest zauwa\u017calne r\u00f3wnie\u017c w Europie \u015arodkowej \u2013 wojna.<\/p>\n

Wszelkie rodzaje zagro\u017ce\u0144 wymagaj\u0105 podj\u0119cia odpowiednich dzia\u0142a\u0144, zar\u00f3wno w zakresie mo\u017cliwych bezpo\u015brednich dzia\u0142a\u0144 militarnych, jak i zagro\u017ce\u0144 wynikaj\u0105cych z blisko\u015bci wrogich pa\u0144stw. Do najwa\u017cniejszych \u015brodk\u00f3w ostro\u017cno\u015bci nale\u017c\u0105 ochrona ludno\u015bci cywilnej (przede wszystkim w sensie szybkiej ewakuacji), op\u00f3\u017anienie wrogiego przej\u0119cia terytorium oraz ekonomika wdro\u017cenia. Modelowym rozwi\u0105zaniem osadniczym odpowiadaj\u0105cym tego typu wymaganiom mo\u017ce by\u0107 struktura tr\u00f3jk\u0105tno-\u0142a\u0144cuchowa. Ten konkretny model zapewnia jednak przede wszystkim pe\u0142n\u0105 zgodno\u015b\u0107 z wymaganiami \u201eczas\u00f3w pokoju\u201d, obejmuj\u0105c m.in.: ograniczenie rozproszenia, addytywno\u015b\u0107 przestrzenn\u0105 \u2013 r\u00f3wnie\u017c w odniesieniu do istniej\u0105cej tkanki osadniczej \u2013 oraz higien\u0119 przestrzenn\u0105 wobec zagro\u017cenia epidemicznego, wraz z geometrycznie osi\u0105gni\u0119t\u0105 redukcj\u0105 zapotrzebowania na energi\u0119 i w\u0142\u0105czeniem infrastruktury zielonej, kt\u00f3ra umo\u017cliwia p\u0142ynne przej\u015bcie od mniej \u015bwiadomych klimatycznie system\u00f3w przestrzennych do przysz\u0142ego, bardziej wiarygodnego, przyjaznego klimatowi rozwoju.<\/p>\n

The triangular-catenary structure \u2013 a spatial paradigm for (not only) \u201dinteresting times\u201d?<\/h3>\n

The city that used to show features of a living entity (e.g. through a clear and consistent separation from the surroundings or as a definitely dominant control center), currently, has lost these features in favor of numerous far-reaching and variable addictions, today rather accepting the character of an organ of the global organism of a unified civilization. This transition and acceptance of the retreat from the position of independent unit, exposes the city even more to many internal and external risks, such as, among all, climate changes, terrorism and, what is recently noticeable also in Central Europe \u2013 a war. All kinds of risks require taking appropriate measures, both in terms of possible direct military actions and threats resulting from the proximity of hostile countries. Some of the most important precautions are the protection of civilians (primarily in the sense of a quick evacuation), delay in hostile takeover of territory and economics of implementation. A model settlement solution for this type of requirements may be a triangular-catenary structure. This particular model, however, primarily ensures full compliance with the requirements „in peacetime”, including: dispersion limitation, spatial additivity – also in relation to the existing settlement tissue, and spatial hygiene of the epidemic threat, together with the geometrically achieved reduction in energy demand and the inclusiveness of green infrastructure, the last which, provides ease of transition from less climate-conscious spatial systems to future, more reliable climate-friendly development.<\/p>\n
